Orders: Please e-mail us at Orders@JColeJewelry.com to place an order. Please include the name(s) of the item(s) you would like to order as well as a shipping address. You will receive confirmation e-mail with the total amount due including shipping and tax if applicable. If there are any specific instructions or questions, please include them with your order.

Photographic Representation: We have chosen the best photograph that best represent the authenticity of each piece of jewelry. If you would like to see additional photos please do not hesitate to ask.

Payment: Currently we accept Money Orders & Paypal. Once your order is received you will receive confirmation via e-mail with your order summary a total due.

In Stock Pieces: In stock jewelry will ship as soon as payment is received. You will be notified via e-mail when your order is shipped.

Out of Stock Pieces: Because all pieces are handmade it will take 3-5 days to fill out of stock pieces. You will be notified via e-mail when your order is shipped.

Shipping: All jewelry is shipped Priority Mail through USPS. Shipping charges are currently a flat fee of $6.00; additional charges may apply for orders of multiple items. Shipping insurance is available. Express shipping available by request at an additional fee.

Sales Tax: Only residences of Ohio are required to pay sales tax, currently 6.75%.

Returns: Returns are accepted on all NON-custom pieces within 14 days. Item must be in original condition, unworn and in original packaging. Please contact us immediately with any concerns or questions.
